Sahtein Bakery

Sahtein Bakery is a family-run halal Lebanese bakery in Barrhaven, Ottawa, serving fresh manaeesh and pies baked daily in a traditional stone oven. The bakery focuses on fresh dough, carefully selected ingredients and familiar Lebanese flavours.

The menu includes zaatar, cheese and meat pies, plus labneh, vegetable, mhamara, spinach and donair options with add-ons such as tomato, cucumber, mint, pickles, olives and Akawi cheese. Catering is also available for family gatherings, parties and corporate events.
