Halifax is set to host the first Atlantic Halal Expo on November 6–7, 2026, bringing halal businesses, suppliers, entrepreneurs, industry professionals and consumers together for a two-day trade show at the Halifax Tower Hotel & Conference Centre.

Organizers describe the event as a new platform for the halal economy in Atlantic Canada, with exhibitions, networking opportunities, educational sessions and access to industry speakers. The official event website says more than 40 exhibitors and over 1,000 attendees are expected.
Visitors will be able to explore halal products and services, meet business owners and suppliers, attend seminars and speaker sessions, and take part in networking throughout both days. Food sampling is also listed among the visitor activities.
The expo is aimed at both business-to-business and consumer audiences. Organizers are inviting halal brands, suppliers and service providers to exhibit while also welcoming families and visitors interested in discovering halal products, services and businesses operating across Atlantic Canada and beyond.
