Delightful Halal Dining Experience and great customer service!!nI am so thrilled about the new halal spot! The small, cute restaurant offers tasty food, though portion sizes are surprisingly generous. Quick service indicates pre-cooking, but the flavors make up for it. Despite the rapid service, the food arrived warm, not hot, and tended to cool quickly. Nonetheless, the experience was enjoyable, and the complimentary adani tea during dine-in added a nice touch. Will definitely be returning!! YUM!

My husband and I accidentally went to this restaurant during a Snow storm and we are so happy that we did. We tried Yemeni cuisine for the first time and we absolutely loved it. I am a vegetarian and I did have options to have a good meal. The rice was so tasty with toppings. Felt that it is a fair pricing for the portion served.nMy husband tried Lamb Mandi-small plate. Pretty good quantity.I had Fasolia with the bread. He loved the milk tea with spices (Shah Adani) and we tried a dessert too(Areeka).

Five stars is an understatement when it comes to describing Monasaba Halifax !! From the moment you arrive the incredibly friendly staff greet you with a warm welcome and assistance on their very authentic and diverse menu. Offerings not found in Atlantic Canada provide an opportunity to taste the best of Yemeni cuisine!!nnExtremely fresh, flavourful and at an amazing value !!nnWould recommend to anyone… and will definitely return often!

Delicious fresh Yemeni bread, must try.nI ordered lamb Qolaba with Yemeni bread and Fouslia with rice. Can't recommend enough.nnDon't miss their Yemeni tea at the end, full of flavors.nnI would recommend if they can have some portable partition for families whose women wear niqab for a comfortable dining.nnVery inexpensive for the taste, quality and quantity.
