Get DirectionsKebab on Fire brings a modern, halal take on Turkish and Middle Eastern kebabs to Whistler Village. The menu centres on fresh-made wraps and plates, including its signature 10-hour roasted and sous-vide lamb seasoned with garlic, paprika, pepper and house spices. Guests can also choose slow-cooked beef-and-lamb kebab, turmeric-spiced chicken, crisp falafel, fresh vegetables and the brand’s well-known original or spicy garlic sauces.
The story began in Victoria in 2024, when founders Alex Gunal and Ercin Karaca built the concept around quality ingredients, efficient service and modern Mediterranean grilling. In Whistler, chef Carolina Espitia and her husband, Priyank Rane—immigrants who first met while cooking aboard a cruise ship—joined the business as partners. Their shared aim is simple: serve accessible, freshly prepared comfort food with warmth, while creating opportunities for hardworking people to grow with the company.
