Taste of Mississauga Summer Festival 2026 is coming to Mississauga on Saturday and Sunday, August 22–23, bringing together halal food, family entertainment, local vendors and community activities just across from Ridgeway Plaza.

Food will be a major part of the weekend. Among the participating vendors are BRAVA Live Fire Kitchen & Catering, serving halal live-fire pizza and Lebanese manakeesh, Frutopia with fresh fruit cups and summer treats, and Mira Cake Studio with freshly prepared halal crêpes, fruit crêpes, ice cream and drinks.
Expect pizzas such as cheese, pepperoni, vegetarian and BBQ chicken, along with za’atar and cheese manakeesh.
Fresh watermelon, melon and cucumber cups, mixed fruit, mango, chocolate-covered strawberries and other refreshing options.
Halal crêpes with fruit and dessert toppings, deluxe crêpes with ice cream, ice-cream bowls and cold drinks.
The festival is designed as a full family outing rather than only a food market. A kids’ train will travel around the festival grounds, giving younger visitors another activity to enjoy during the weekend. Families can also expect children’s activities, entertainment and an outdoor community-festival atmosphere throughout the two days.

Visitors can enjoy the outdoor festival atmosphere throughout the weekend, with entertainment and community activities adding to the experience beyond the food and shopping.
Alongside the food vendors, visitors will find a community marketplace with local businesses and shopping stalls. Previous editions have featured rows of outdoor vendors, fashion and modest-wear sellers, community organizations and small businesses, making the festival a place to eat, shop and spend the day with family and friends.

With free admission and free parking, the August weekend offers Mississauga families a low-cost way to enjoy halal food, children’s entertainment, shopping and the summer festival atmosphere in one location.
