Ramadan Expo 2027 Opens Vendor Registration for Montreal and Mississauga

Ramadan Expo is preparing to return in January 2027 with two major events planned for Montreal and Mississauga. Vendor interest registration is now open for businesses wishing to participate in what organizers describe as one of North America’s largest Ramadan shopping experiences.

The 2027 edition will begin with a two-day event in the Montreal area before continuing with a three-day expo at the International Centre in Mississauga.

Ramadan Expo 2027 Dates and Locations

Montreal Ramadan Expo

• Dates: January 23–24, 2027
• Venue: Le Château Royal
• Location: Laval, Quebec

Toronto Ramadan Expo

• Dates: January 29–31, 2027
• Venue: International Centre – Hall 1
• Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Although promoted as the Toronto Ramadan Expo, the event will take place at the International Centre in Mississauga, near Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Vendor Interest Registration Is Open

Businesses interested in exhibiting at Ramadan Expo 2027 can now submit the official Vendor Interest Form. The expo is expected to bring together businesses serving Muslim communities, including halal food vendors, modest fashion brands, beauty and wellness businesses, home décor retailers, gift companies, Islamic product sellers, community organizations and professional service providers.

Submitting the interest form allows organizers to contact prospective vendors with registration, booth availability and pricing information. Vendors are encouraged to register their interest early while planning for the January events.

Participation can give businesses an opportunity to introduce their products and services to new customers, connect directly with families and community members, and build recognition ahead of Ramadan 2027.

Internship Applications Also Available

Ramadan Expo 2027 is also accepting internship applications from individuals interested in gaining practical experience in event planning and management.

Interns may have an opportunity to develop professional skills, contribute to a large community event and expand their networks while helping create memorable experiences for attendees, vendors and participating organizations. The internship invitation is available in English and French for applicants interested in joining the Montreal or Mississauga events.
