Turkish Flames

Turkish Flames brings a broad halal Turkish menu to Markham, pairing charcoal-grilled meats, oven-baked breads and classic Anatolian comfort dishes with a richly decorated dining room. The restaurant presents itself as an authentic Turkish experience built around fresh ingredients, aromatic spices and warm hospitality, backed by a team it says has about 20 years of experience.

The menu moves from hummus, cacik, ezme, soups and mixed appetizers to Adana kebab, Beyti kebab, chicken shish, lamb chops, meat döner and generous mixed-grill platters. Many mains are served with grilled tomato and pepper, salad, bulgur or rice and fresh Turkish bread. Guests can also explore Iskender kebab, Ali Nazik, Turkish pizza and pide, wraps, breakfast, baklava and other desserts. Catering, online ordering and table reservations are available.

The Markham restaurant is operating now. Published hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Turkish Flames also has a confirmed Kitchener location.
