Hi, I am a good customer of Samir Supermarket in Burlington. I buy pretty much everything from there. However today I had a bad experience with the girl at the cash. I returned a big jar of olives which I bought few weeks agao from them. I asked to get another one.Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt, so she told me that she can't do it without receipt. I told her to call the manager. She called another cashier, spoke to him in different language, which I found very rude. He went to get another jar, but she kept talking in the different language, and by her body language, I understood that she told him not to return it or exchange it.nI went to return that olive jar and get my groceries and meat, but I left and didn't want to get any thing from there..I thing you need to be picky chosing your employees. Thanks

In a city that's becoming more and more diverse, this gricery store is a brilliant addition. Offering items I haven't seen since childhood, it is a lovely place to try new (or old) foods, flavors, and drinks. The variety is incredible for such a small space (and also reminding me of childhood).

Just checked it out... And I am so impressed! Very clean, organized and spacious. It carries a great variety of things. The staff is met were very friendly too. Will definitely be back!

I have purchased a tea set from this store. When I wanted to use them I noticed one of them is cracked. Called the store asking for exchange and suprisingly they said how do we know where it is broken?🤔🤔 I contacted the management and he didnt care!! Can you believe that!??? Their customer service is ZERO. I cannot believe the store in Canada treats to its customer like this!!
