I recently had an experience at this grocery store that left me quite frustrated. I called ahead to reserve two loaves of bread, but upon arriving, I found fresh loaves on the shelf. Despite my willingness to take the reserved ones, an issue arose when the owner insisted on me sticking strictly to their reservation system.nnAfter a brief interaction with the cashier, the owner approached me, reiterating the reservation policy. This felt unnecessary, as I had already agreed to take the reserved loaves. The insistence and repeated discussion about their system became frustrating.nnWhile I appreciate businesses having protocols, the communication and customer service in this situation were lacking. It would be beneficial for the staff to focus on resolving matters efficiently and ensuring customers feel valued. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for others.

I wish I could leave a zero star, but unfortunately, that's not possible. This is terrible and disgusting to see. I bought maloukhia a couple of days ago from this store and I decided to cook it today but I didn't know there would be a surprise for me in there I'm not gonna talk more here I'll let the videos and pics talk please take care of these things because people eat it and they may get sick just because of you guys not taking care of these things now because of you I'm never eating maloukhia again thanks.

Very small shop with super tight aisles. Colorful, fragrant boutique full of mostly middle-East products. Not the friendliest staff, or maybe a little selective with customers they like.

The service is exceptional! I purchase halal meats from Ebrahim for my school's cafeteria and his staff always go out of their way to for me. His prices are better than GFS and the quality is excellent. Thank you for such great product and service.
